New Gadgets

Sooooo....gestern konnte ich ein Päckchen von der Packstation abholen. Ich liebe Online-Shopping; schön von der heimischen Couch im Netz surfen und sich ganz bequem tolle Sachen mit wenigen Klicks bestellen. Außerdem habe ich leider auch meistens nicht die Zeit groß durch Geschäfte zu schlendern.
Mit dem besagten Paket ist meine Küchenausstattung nun um zwei (hoffentlich) wertvolle Gimmicks reicher.

So ein Wiegemesser fand ich schon immer cool. Ein typischer will-ich-haben-Kauf. Mal gucken wann es zum ersten Mal zum Einsatz kommt. Vielleicht schon an diesem Wochenende.
Der kleine Schokoladenschmelztopf wird definitiv schon am Sonntag zum Einsatz kommen. Bei uns im Büro gibt es nämlich den "Cake Monday", bei dem immer einer an der Reihe ist Kuchen mitzubringen. Und nächsten Montag bin ich dran. Ambitioniert wie ich bin habe ich mir neben einen Fruchtkuchen auch Brownies vorgenommen...mal gucken wie sich der kleine Topf machen wird.

I love online-shopping! Partly because it's so relaxing to do shopping from home, but also because I simply don't have the time for lenghty shopping trips through stores and malls....unfortunately.
So yesterday a parcel with 2 new kitchen-gimmicks arrived, which will hopefully turn out to be a big help in the future.
The draw-knife was a typical I-want-to-have-this-purchase. I am plannning to have pasta on Sunday, so maybe I'll be able to use it for the first time then.
The little chocolate melting pot (I am not sure whether this is the correct name for this, but I could not find a nice translation) will definitely be used on Sunday, as I will bake Brownies. I need to bake as it's my turn to bring cake to the office on "Cake Monday", as we call it. Every Monday it's somebody elses turn to bring cake and this time it's my turn.
Quite excited about using this melting pot for the first time!
